The Best Workplaces in Consulting and Professional Services™ list is created using anonymous feedback from employees working in the industry. Analysis of the sector employee survey responses found: 93% of employees at the UK’s Best Workplaces for Consulting & Professional Services say “Taking everything into account, I would say this is a great place to work” compared to a UK average for the sector of 69%.” BPA’s result reflects its employees’ genuine satisfaction with the company’s culture, leadership, and work environment where they feel valued, respected, and trusted – the cornerstone of delivering exceptional service to clients.
