2021 Safety Precautions

The Tank Storage Conference and Exhibition will be taking place with safety measures in place to reduce the risk of the spread of Covid-19. The Tank Storage industry is a critical part of the UK’s energy infrastructure and, as such, we have decided that an appropriate level of precautions should be in place.  This includes:

All aisles have been widened to 3m were possible, with a one-way system in place.  We have reduced the number of stands in the exhibition hall to accommodate this change.

All delegates and exhibitors will be required to provide proof of double vaccination or proof of a negative lateral flow test (from the last 24 hours).  This will be requested by the registration staff upon arrival. Whenever possible this should be displayed via the NHS App, or alternatively a printed copy of vaccination status/Lateral Flow Test result.

Face masks will be required to be worn both in the exhibition hall and conference room (unless you have a medical exemption).

The above precautions will be applied at the event regardless of any further relaxation of rules in the UK.
