ETS Degassing – Mobile Emission Treatment

Building on the heritage of former German companies ENDEGS and SIS, ETS Degassing is the international expert for safe and sustainable mobile degassing and reduction of harmful industrial gases and emissions. Operating under the umbrella of the ETS Group, ETS Degassing has the valuable experience of more than 17 years and more than 3,000 successfully completed projects in the environmentally-friendly combustion of hazardous emissions and residual gases such as hydrocarbons, VOC (volatile organic compounds) and HAP (hazardous air pollutants).

Our mobile vapor combustion units can be deployed for a wide range of applications, for example:

• Degassing of tanks, containers, pipelines, ships, barges, vacuum trucks and more components
• Temporary replacement of VRU or VPS
• Loading/unloading operations
• Commissioning/decommissioning procedures
• Turnarounds (columns, pipes)
• Inspection of pipelines

Our in-house developed mobile combustion chambers are technologically unique, certified and scalable from 3 to 50 MW. ETS Degassing combustion units destroy gases, gas mixtures and vapors of the explosion groups IIA, IIB and IIC with a combustion capacity of more than 99.99 % and without open flame or odor.

ETS Degassing also offers further technologies:

• Mobile nitrogen vaporizers for flushing and inerting of systems and system components containing liquid gases that are easily flammable and pose a high risk of explosion
• Mobile blower skids that are certified for use in the ATEX Zone 0 and can be applied for the safe extraction of vapors and gases from plants, tanks and further components
• Remote-controlled ATEX Zone 0 Robot for the cleaning of industrial tanks from a safe distance
